Great Resort in Nusa Dua. Staff very friendly and helpful. Stayed 8 nights with wife and 3 kids aged 14 12 and 8 in the 3 bedroom 3 bathropm auitw with private pool. Amazing room, abosulutelu huge. The only downside of the resort is the lack of variety in restaurants (only 1) or the menu at the restaurant not changing to create variety.

Positives: The facilities were good and the staff were excellent, particularly the breakfast staff. Negatives: The toilet plumbing and mould smell in our room was terrible from the moment we arrived. The hotel technicians attempted to resolve the issues, however, they were only masking the underlying problems. This made our stay in the room unbearable. It would have been nice to have better/more plant-based options for lunch and dinner, to avoid eating elsewhere. Overall, I'm not sure if I would return to this hotel, unless the standard improved.

We got the room with pool and it is on the ground floor, lots of ants attracted to the fruits or sugar packet for coffee. The shower is not easy to adjust and water splashes every where. It is very large space and the pool area is nice. Hotel room need to be updated but otherwise ok.

Between this resort and the Novotel in Benoa we preferred the more intimate Benoa. However nusa doa is very convenient for the beaches shopping and just bring able to note conveniently travel to other areas of the island quickly. Both are goodn in their own way, we recommend staying at both

Amazing

Amazing stay in an apartment. Only downside was bad design of bath tub. Hard to get in and out of bath. Water went everywhere and on the floor whoch made it slippery despite shower curtain being there. Not for children, less abled or disabled. Amazing breakfast spread.

Nice resort with huge rooms. The resort could use an update to the rooms and furnishings. Very relaxed stay.

Although the rooms could do with an update it is value for money and in such a handy location. We loved the beach club and the breakfast buffet. The grounds are well maintained and the staff are lovely. It was easy to access other dining options, shopping and taxis. All up very enjoyable stay.

Great staff, great hotel, would highly recommend. The pool area is beautiful and always being looked after by the staff. Also everyone that I passed that worked there smiled and said hello, I’d definitely come back here no hesitation it’s just the 17 hour trip from London but that’s not the hotels fault.

The Novotel is a relaxing place to stay, greet breakfasts, good staff and good facilities. It is close to some streets with options.
