Surprisingly good! Very good size and comfortable room with both nice bathtub and rain shower. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. By far the best hotel i have stayed in ShenZhen.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Shenzhen! The location is excellent, with plenty of shopping malls, restaurants, and food options all within walking distance. One of the biggest advantages is that the metro station is right outside the hotel, making it very convenient to explore Shenzhen and visit the city's attractions. The surrounding area is lively, with everything you need close by. It's a great choice for anyone visiting Shenzhen for shopping, sightseeing, or business. We really...

Good location and helpful staff. While no free breakfast, they provide free late night meals.

Great location as it is right by multiple metro lines. Especially good spot if you want to shop at Huaqiang Electronic World, which is right down the street. Love the on-site (free) laundry service (can be completely self-service or left with someone as well)! Rooms are pretty spacious enough for luggages but the double bed room for 4 people but is definitely on the tighter side. There was one night staff warned us of a short but planned black-out that was supposed to start 1:30AM but didn't...

Excellent and friendly staff. Ryan was our Hero! Facility is a bit outdated but the rooms were modern and clean. Breakfast was ok. A daily variety would be great.

Newer hotel with amazing technology and great breakfast. We enjoyed our stay.

I had a great stay. Very close to train.

Spacious and good location good service

Everything great

Amazing Staff, I will be back

Staffs were great and friendly and location was great. Cleaning staff did a great job at keeping everything spotless during our entire stay. Lots of shopping and dining options.

I booked this hotel at the last minute and happily surprised at how nice it was. The room was large and had a great view. The staff was excellent, very helpful. In particular the man at the entrance, who spoke no English was a great help with cabs and directions. The hotel has a small restaurant with a patio and very limited menu. The hotel is adjacent to Dongmen shopping and the subway. A great location. I would strongly recommend this hotel.

Great hotel near the convention center, just 2 blocks walking distance.

Very nice hotel, it exceeded my expectations. Very cheaply priced for the quality. Highly recommend.
