The bartender was fantastic ! All of the staff was amazing ! The rooms “all season “ system was not great because it was 45 degrees Friday night and 80 on Saturday so the room was freezing Friday night and so hot Sunday !!! Other than that the hotel was historically beautiful!!

VERY hot hottub & very clean - perfect!! The gym was excellent. Staff was friendly and helpful. Lovely property. The reason I would not give it 5-stars is the surprise additional $25/per day fee sprung on as at check-in - this was never clear or mentioned prior to arriving. This is dishonest business ...

The unit we received needs some taking care of- the walls had finger prints on them, bathroom walls looked even worse, bedroom carpet had some red stains on it, couch cover had a lot of dog fur on it which made sitting on it quite uncomfortable. Shower gel dispenser did not work.

Kasa South Loop Chicago
We really enjoyed our stay at Kasa south loop. We had an awesome view of downtown Chicago, it has everything you need. Staff was very friendly. Definitely plan on booking again in the near future
