"Very disappointed in my 5 night stay. Staff is rarely at Front desk, complimentary breakfast was available (7-10:00am) although by 9:30am the eggs were dry and unkept. I noticed 2 days in a row both trash receptacles were overflowing in breakfast area, and main seating area. Surprised the ice machine only available on first floor in a 4 floor hotel. Although laundry machines are available on each floor, I was told "we are out" every day I asked to purchase a box of laundry soap. No response as...
