"The breakfast was a joke. Had no eggs and no meat of any kind like bacon or sausages. Only had toast bagels cereal and yogurt and fruit. With the amount of cost to stay in a hotel it should include a good breakfast. That means one with eggs and meat"

"Desk clerk told me that we had a 1pm check out time but our room wasn’t on cleaning lady’s list . Tried to phone desk when our tv remote didn’t work but their phone was permanently “busy “. Swimming pool was the size of a large jacuzzi constantly full of kids— contrary to online photos!"
