"The room was spacious, clean and the entire hotel was as described in the pictures. We were upgraded to a room with a private terrace & infinity pool, with amazing views of the Santo Domingo church. The rooftop shared jacuzzi and sun deck were amazing as well. The front desk staff were amazing & helped us with directions, activities and booking ground transportation. The location was central and we felt safe walking everywhere. We would definitely stay here again."

"The room was spacious and clean. We didn’t have much of a view but had a large window. No traffic noise. We enjoyed the restaurant and had breakfast there everyday. The staff were very helpful and arranged tours and taxis for us. Most of all we enjoyed the hotel location near parks, historical sites and excellent restaurants. We would stay there again."
