The bright colors everywhere, art on the walls, greenery, cleanliness, helpful and friendly staff, feeling of safety, and comfort of the beds all made this a very enjoyable stay. The music from the bar close by was always over by midnight or before.

Great location for very basic room

Excellent location. Property has a gate that is locked all the time so you have to get someone to let you in or out every time. This is probably a fire hazard. Room didn’t have air conditioning or even a window. We did get a second fan to help. We weee only given a small bar of soap and a small package of shampoo on day 1 of a 4 night stay. One day housekeeping took our partial roll of toilet paper and left us none!

Location will charge you even if you were physically at the location to cancell, I booked a reservation for my father in law and my mother and they had to cancel the reservation in front of the due to not having a parking spot, the specified having free parking but they had none, and just suggested to go to a parking lot 3 block away, that is a serious inconvenience due to the insecurity in the area, my family went to another hotel but I still got charged even when they requested to cancel this, is this is some sort of scam from this place they will be in serious problems

It was excellent... It actually exceed our expectations. We stayed 5 days at room #10, which had two double beds... And it was really nice...only two little notes that don't affect our positive opinion: 1st. The beds have a plastic protector of some sort that can become a little bit hot... And 2nd.the shower head is a little bit too old and it waste to much water. But I can not recommend it enough

Las habitaciones son excesivamente pequeñas, el cuarto que nos asignaron no tenía ventilación, el baño se tapo y el vapor que salía del baño después de bañarse, convertía el cuarto en un auténtico sauna. Tuvimos que pedir que nos cambiarqn a otro cuarto y este estaba mejor y contaba con ventilación. Otro tema son los colchones, están ya muy mal y amanece uno con dolor de espalda. Lo que rescata este espacio es la atención de las señoritas que están ahí. Siempre serviciales y con una sonrisa 😀
