"Excellent Stay at the Paradox despite the change from Radisson Blue. Staff and premises are fantastic, exactly as before. Pool and Health Suite facilities are perfect after a long flight. Hotel is a less than a 10 minute walk Wynyard from Circular Quay making perfect for transport options."

"It was my 30th bday and we had just gotten engaged and they gave us a free bottle of champagne to celebrate! They helped with bags, they really were just so nice and friendly and the room was gorgeous! "

"We had a very short but pleasant stay.Excellent hotel have stayed here previously. Staff always friendly happy and helpful checking in and out was quick. The room had a kitchenette. Everything you need and want comfy bed and pillows Two TVs Excellent location close to Bourkes Mall. shops, cafes theatres and the tram line. Everything is very walkable. Very quiet area. Excellent Thai restaurant next door.We are always happy to stay here when we are in Melbourne."

"I had the most wonderful stay at the Shangri-La Sydney. From the moment I arrived, the service was outstanding – every staff member I encountered, from valet parking to the concierge, was warm, attentive, and genuinely obliging. The room was absolutely stunning, with breathtaking views of the Opera House. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the space spotless, and every detail thoughtfully prepared to make the stay as relaxing as possible. The breakfast buffet was absolutely amazing – such a variety of delicious options, beautifully presented. It’s rare to find a hotel that combines luxury, comfort, and such exceptional service so seamlessly. I truly loved every moment of my stay and can’t wait to return. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Sydney!"

"The staff were amazing and very helpful. The hotel is in a prime spot and is very safety conscious using Hotel Keycards as gain access to areas inside the hotel as well as the carpark. Ross, at front reception was friendly, helpful and approachable he was lovely. Buffet Breakfast was great and you can request make your own omelettes or eggs. There were some changes to the buffet but you will always find scrambled eggs and bacon for sure. Staff are amazing too. Cathy, who was the front counter greeter all three mornings was amazingly friendly and approachable too. The hotel was clean and tidy, although the king bed may not have been as comfy as I'd hoped but you know what its not bad as some hotels I've stayed at. There is a gym and several pools, as well as a spa and sauna. Eforea onsite offers treatments such as massages, facials..I had two appointments both with the amazing Terese, who was fantastic hands like a goddess. Overall I was impressed with Hilton, its super close to trams so you can hop on and travel quite easily and super close to the beach and there are soooo many places to eat too."

"Many wonderful things: amazing location, seems to be in the middle of everything whether for work or play; warm and welcoming staff (umbrellas for guests to borrow at the door); huge quiet bedroom even though I had a low level room facing the street; consistently fantastic breakfasts (at the buffet and room service); wonderful bathroom set up with soak tub; best hotel gym I have visited (and I have visited several); top notch laundry service. There were some surprising aspects to my stay: inconsistent dinners through room service (the same dish could be amazing one night and meh the next); my room, although spacious and quiet, was a bit tired and worn and could have used a little love; one feature of my room didn't work and it took several calls to get the problem fixed timely. The staff also don't do a great job at cross selling their services. I tried to buy gift certificates at the front desk, was told they did not sell them, only to be told later by reservations that they did sell them. I was not told about the hotel spa and there was no information about on the in-room tablet I used to order room service. Regardless, overall it was a highly comfortable and enjoyable extended stay and I wholly recommend it. "
