This place was gross, there were stains all over my bedsheets and comforter, cockroach in the room, bathroom was dirty and i decided no shower was going to be taken that night. Went to breakfast the next morning and although they had 2 waffle makers, they're was no waffle batter. I would not recommend staying here, there's probably better places to stay in Ogallala.
The staff at check-in reported a double booking from Expedia. Instead of working to try and find the root of the issue and help resolve, he only wanted to rush through the check-in procedure as I was trying to show the email confirmations I had. The error may be on Expedia's side, but the staff is trying to book me twice when I have no second confirmation for this hotel. I will be disputing if a second charge arises for this hotel as there only on room booked under my name on my end. To be clear, I only booked one room, have only received one email confirmation for this hotel for 1 room, and haven't seen any further charges to my card since ending the check-in procedure. This may have to be disputed with Expedia as I do not agree to paying for something that doesn't appear as booked on my end.

Room was clean and quiet. Hallway smelled like beef jerky.
Good budget friendly hotel with breakfast, an outdoor pool and a really good attached restaurant. Clean with no bugs. Staff was friendly and helpful. We came for Lake McConaughy and that ended up not being so great, but the hotel was good. It's not luxury, so if that's what you're looking for you should probably keep looking.
I had to clean the air conditioner filter so it would work right. Dust everywhere, Hair on things first balls. Infested and the bathroom sink mold and bath tub dirty. Water inside wall paper. Had to open door to air out 4 times during night
Outdoor pool was great my family had a wonderful time. 9ft deep pool and a 1.5 foot deep pool for the little ones. The Lounge restaurant attached was phenomenal. Great service, friendly staff, and the food was fantastic. 3 different menus to pick from; American, Mexican, and Indian.
The room itself was ok and pretty clean. The pool looked good, but unfortunately there was a storm so we couldnโt use it.
But we were on the second floor and the stairwells you had to walk through were really gross and there was no elevator. They smelled heavily of smoke and were dirty.
Our stay would have been ok if we were on the first floor, but I donโt recommend a second floor room.
The whole place looks sad, needs updating or at least a deep clean. Sink counter looked okay but didn't feel sparkling clean, which is what I expect when I stay in a motel. Take a little more pride in what you do. Also, the breakfast was a joke.
The room was very dirty.
It was dusty and very stuffy.
The toilet seat was dirty.
Their is no elevator in the hotel.
There was no quality in this quality inn.
As a solo female traveler, I did not feel safe here. It ended up being a motel where the rooms were outside, which just makes me feel a bit unsafe. The rooms were nice enough, but the fitted sheet did not stay on my bed and when it flipped up the entire bottom sheet was filled with green and brown stains. The hallway that I had to walk through to get to my room was filled with mattresses, which made me a bit curious on why. The guy who checked me in asked a couple of odd questions about why I had a passport instead of a normal ID, which made me feel a bit uncomfortable. The gym was very outdated, but nice enough. And the lady at the front desk was very kind.
