"The staff was nonexistent. We had one towel and no towel for the floor. I went down and rang the doorbell for a half an hour, and nobody came out to the office. No trashcan in the office. The bathroom door was about ready to fall off. TV remote did not work and the TV had one channel. The restaurant next-door was doing tile work until 12 o’clock at night. The staff was very unfriendly. last, but not least the fire alarm on the wall did not work.
