You can request for shuttle service to/fro Cheongpyeong or the nearest Gapyeong City Tour Bus bus stop via Whatsapp or Expedia messaging and the owner will do his best to accommodate. There is no front desk or reception, but the owner is quick to respond via messaging."

"When I arrived, the toilet was leaking and the sink wouldn't let water out. I complained but the owner didn't want to try communicate through a translation app. This was frustrating but her daughter arrived later at the owner's request and was willing to use the translation app. I asked for a different room and she obliged. "The room was clean and cozy. The property included some interesting amenities like a bar/singing room full of drums that guests could use if you come with friends. The owners were accomodating - they prepared hot coals for us to have a bbq and explained how to find the nearest grocery store as we arrived late at night."

"The view is fantastic, and the management is very professional and helpful before, during and after your stay. Also, the yard in front is big and has a lot of toys and equipment for kids and family to use. The one thing I would take note of is that you cannot control the room heat on your own, because it is a pension and not a hotel. "Great place, quite far from the slopes. There is a shuttle but it was not consistent and there wasn't a schedule available. Also, if your driving it is difficult to find parking near the slopes so go early. "
