"When we arrived, there was no mention of an AC problem. The room was at 77 all night. We ended up getting a refund because of the air. Also the windows that opened were extremely close to the floor, which a small child could fall out of. Not to mention there was a tornado warning and there was no plan in place for a tornado warning. The front desk would not give us a lot of information about the situation. Please never stay here, ended up having to change hotels at 2am. Worst experience you’ll ever have. "
"I had a very pleasant stay overall. The staff were fantastic, extremely friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. I did run into a small issue with my room key that required me to switch rooms, but the team handled it quickly and professionally. They responded right away, made the process easy, and had me moved to another room without any hassle. Their responsiveness and positive attitude really stood out and made the experience much better. Great customer service all around! 😊"
"Room was lacking in amenities no robes as listed or the biggest no coffee pot. This is our 3rd stay at the fontaine and I regret to say we will probably chose a new hotel for next years event. "
