“It is very hard to find, the sat nav takes you on a weird tour, in the end I had to try a different way because the sat nav just couldn’t find it! The room was very clean as was the whole hotel. There is no check in desk which is so weird, I didn’t see a staff meme we the whole time I was there! The continental breakfast is nice enough but you have to eat it in your room as there is room for approx 3 people in the breakfast room!! Overall a very nice but very weird hotel!”

“Staff were very friendly and welcoming, particularly at breakfast where they were chatty making a very welcoming experience. The rooms were lovely and clean. I had no issues at all during my stay. The breakfast was excellent, especially considering it was included in the cost of the stay. I would certainly recommend to any type of visitor. Great value for money.”

“We had a difficult time getting checked in, as there was no one there when we arrived and my US phone had a hard time connecting to the posted UK number. But the owner arrived soon and everything was great! The restaurant is very unique with lots of antiques, and the food was fabulous! Breakfast was made to order and fabulous!! I highly recommend!”

“the staff were very helpful. The buffet breakfast was excellent you couldn't ask for more it was ready on the hot plate. The bar meals were good and quickly served. there were numerous golfers staying on Thursday evening and they were rather noisy. I was woken up the following morning at 4.30am by a loud engine noise - I didn't get much sleep. I was due to drive home that day. Not impressed. Perhaps this was a one off incident.”
