"We had a suite with a pullout and a regular room. The suite with the sofa bed only had an extra pillow and no extra bedding. After about an hour of waiting and having to go down to the front desk, we got two extra top sheets and a fitted sheet but they were out of blankets. We stored wedding desserts in the suite since the regular rooms don’t have fridges. We went back to our suite in the morning and the room had been cleaned and emptied even though we didn’t check out. The desk host said it was because it was empty and the DND sign wasn’t on the door (the signs fall off the door every time you open it). Luckily, they had stored our desserts and items away so we were able to retrieve them but I don’t think it’s right to clean a room if a guest hasn’t indicated they are leaving."
