"This hotel is fine for an overnight stop and in a very accessible location for visiting Troyes. The reception isn’t constantly manned and there is a delay when checking in or needing assistance but staff are friendly and welcoming. The room is very basic and having a third bed in a overhead bunk meant we were banging our head when getting out of bed! There is no air conditioning but I like to have an openable window. However the noise from outside is dreadful and would put me off staying there...

"The hotel was perfect for our pitstop on our way back to UK from Italy. The reception was open 24 hrs, the staff were friendly. The rooms were clean, spacious and showers were also large. The reason for giving 4 stars is that the 2 rooms were not equipped with towels or glasses for a total of 5 of us. This meant we had to go down to reception, which is fine and they had no problem giving them to us, but if it is about saving money and the environment then I do not understand why they do not ask...
