"Breakfast Limited, ran out of food and when asked if replenishing staff was not very happy. Overall hotel seemed clean except for the bathroom in the room that had hair left in the drain which tells me it wasn’t cleaned. I liked the convenience of the hotel being close to stores and restaurants."

"just a quick stop on the way the room was average. It was what I paid for and it did the purpose. I didn’t see any bugs in my room and that’s what I care about."

"DO NOT STAY HERE! I showed up to check in and was told that I was scheduled to be on the third floor and that the elevator was broken. I have disability and therefore was not able to transport luggage up and down three flights of stairs. The staff there told me they would cancel the reservation and I anticipated that would be completed and I would not be charged or would be refunded. Two weeks later, I have still not been refunded my money and even after calling Expedia as well as the hotel everyone stories are different. I still do not have the refund and when I called the hotel, the lady was rude. She hung up on me. Then I called back spoke with the manager. They initially just picked up the phone and hung up without even talking to me and I called back yet another time and finally the manager did speak with me. He was a little better but still no resolution no refund or anything! DO NOT STAY HERE!"
