"Another overall fantastic stay at Embassy Suites. Check-in was a disaster because their computer system was down. Some people had to wait 3 hours to check in. We only had to wait an hour, at which time they walked us to our room. After the bad check-in, everything went well. Room, staff, breakfast were all outstanding. "

"We had a really great stay here. Convenient location walking distance to Main Street Tiburon where we had the best dinner at Sam’s and the best breakfast at Salt and Pepper. Both Javier and Rolando at the front desk were super nice, helpful and gave great recommendations! The pool and hot tub were beautiful, loved the little poolside lounge beds. Beautiful property. Only suggestions to improve the guest experience would be to keep the pool area open until 10 and allow room charges from the bar/resraurant."

"The room was very clean, however I had to ask the front desk for towels. I should have also asked for toilet paper. We had less than a 1/4 which was carefully folded very nicely, but there was no replacement roll. The A/C worked well, the bed was extremely comfortable, the room was quiet."
