Property was beautiful. Staff nice. Restaurant was good. Room clean and comfortable.
The downfalls were, there is no AC so the room was very warm until the sun went down, and because we had the windows open when the sprinkler kicked on at 4 am it was very loud and hard to sleep through.
Lovely property right outside of the Point Reyes National Seashore. Has on site restaurant, which was good. Close to the town of Point Reyes Station if you want to venture out.
The hotel and space is beautiful. Unfortunately we were only there for one night but the room was nice, small and expensive but nice. The sprinklers ran the whole afternoon on the lawn for guests so that was off limits unless you wanted to get wet. The tacern

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities
Staff was super welcoming and helpful; rooms were nicely decorated and clean with beautiful windows and view; comfy bed; hotel grounds are peaceful and lovely!
Stunning garden well maintained. Bed listed as King was not rather 2 singles with deep divide in middle. Uncomfortable. Welcome not very friendly. Dogs allowed everywhere.
Constant hum from large restaurant machine next door
But excellent location with gorgeous views
The young lady at the desk went above and beyond in fulfilling our requests. My son and I wanted to enjoy the downstairs lounge and fireplace. Rock music was playing which I think is highly inappropriate for such a peaceful place. But the clerk happily turned it off while we were in the lounge. Lovely grounds for sitting and relaxing.
Loved the backyard area with tons of seating, fire pit etc. spacious room with patio and seating. Comfy bed and clean rooms. Super close to Point Reyes and PRStation.
We've stayed here many times. Sometimes in the main lodge, and a few times in cottages. The whole site is pretty nice and close (8-10 miles) to a lot of cool beach sites. The cottages are a bit rustic and might not be squeaky clean. During this stay, ours had a few light bulbs out, and a janky shower, but overall the Creekside Cottage is pretty cozy-- perhaps 20% overpriced if we're splitting hairs--it's really just a one-room cottage with two sofa beds that can be utilized in the middle of the living space--so if three couples stayed there, only one couple would have privacy. The front desk at Olema House is friendly, but this time we had to work a bit harder than I had hoped to get some minor issues addressed---perhaps it's just a generational gap--or perhaps they're over-worked. We will continue to stay here. The free ev charging is great (one Tesla wall charger), but if that's not fast enough for you, a Supercharger lot is literally right next door--with tons of chargers!
