The reception desk was exceptional and the location and quality of the well appointed room couldn't have been better, will definitely be back and visit again! However, I would recommend calling the actual hotel you are wanting to book before booking with Expedia. The hotel pricing upon check-in was below Expedia's listed rate and after a long conversation with Expedia, they didn't honor the lower rate. In my opinion, this is a poor business decision by Expedia and I won't be using their services again.

Perfect lodging for the area. Small, super clean, efficient rooms, there’s so much to do in Stinson Beach that the room just needs to be comfortable ( great bed!!!) and easy.
