"The hotel is in the absolute perfect area with multiple entries! It has great views, a peaceful courtyard with tons of games for families! It offers places on every floor to refill your water bottles for free. The room was clean and a good size. They even have a little breakfast trailer for the morning that was convenient. My only complaints is the staff didn’t tell me any of this I had to figure everything out on my own, and the trailer had new people I guess so they double charged me and then gave me the wrong order. They also messed up the order of the people in front of us. So it was a good experience not excellent because the staff wasn’t informative about anything in the hotel all they said was here is your room key and we need a card to charge the amenity fees and the “breakfast staff” didn’t know what that we’re doing."

Ammenity-wise the hotel didn't have ton to offer (or the staff didn't mention it, anyway), but the attached restaurant was good. The elevator was maybe the smallest passenger elevator I've ever been on- 3 of us without any bags or suitcases couldn't stand in it without rubbing elbows. They could also benefit from security that some of the other hotels have- there was no one manning the door and no swipe access needed to get upstairs via stairs or elevators."
