"Do NOT stay here! It was not a clean place I felt dirty the whole time. The room smelled so gross and musty. One of the pillows had dirt on it. There were stains on the carpet as well. I didn’t have a private bathroom and had to share one and being a young single woman I was scared and the booking didn’t even specify I wouldn’t have my own bathroom. The service was so bad there was only like two people working there. Save your money and book somewhere else!!!"

"It’s a very friendly and accommodating place situated in a beautifully designed and maintained business area, with easy access to the Shoreline Park by San Pablo Bay, a gorgeous place. Jackson, the property manager, was very helpful in securing for me a top floor suite when I told him I was very sensitive to noise even though availability seemed nonexistent. Khusi was very welcoming and helpful in checking me in and helping me choose a room. Robert in charge of maintenance was very helpful and promptly responded to my needs."

"It was ok. Just for the night. But i could hear the neighbor snore and talk. Also the shower water pressure was low. Everything else was good."

"The main areas are nice, but the room was in poor repair. Needs to be totally replaced. The bed was clean, everything was clean, but the furniture was worn. I understand the hotel recently changed hands and major repairs are being done, but it is a work in progress. Staff were nice. "

"Interior garden, amenities and pool were excellent. Rooms were clean and pretty well kept up but older. Parking was easy and location good for us."

"Sadly outdated with torn stained chairs, stained curtains and broken toilet paper holder. No toaster for the bagels at breakfast."
