"Staff was extremely nice and even allowed early check in. Hotel is clean, quiet and comfortable. Love the design and atmosphere. Beds are extremely comfortable and rooms are nice and big great place to stay and at a great price. Will definitely stay here again in the future. Heard the breakfast is amazing so excited to try their breakfast in the morning."

"I've stayed here multiple times now, and the staff at the San Rafael Four Points Hotel made all the difference for very positive experiences. I made several errors in managing my reservations and yet the staff members were always willing to sort things out quickly and cordially. I will not hesitate to stay here again and I highly recommend this hotel to everyone. Thank you!"

"The room was great! The getting there was the difficult part. Outside was very dark and you can’t see the numbers of the rooms. I found myself stopping and getting out of the car to try and see the number. Also there’s a way back area of rooms and as a woman traveling alone it’s not the best. Also it was loud outside and I found myself turning the lights off cause I felt I was so far back that if someone banged on my door it would be scary. "
