"Photos, especially the opening one, are misleading. It looks like a fancy hotel. It is not. It's a motel. A fine motel, but nothing fancy. Construction is thin, which means all the poolside rooms (i.e. all rooms) hear all the conversations from the pool area until the pool closes at 10pm. And footsteps from upstairs neighbors come through loud and clear. There's nothing awful here, but this is not the experience I thought I was booking."

"Easy to find check in and Slumber. Walls are a bit then. But didnt disrupt my stay. I checked in late and was the last guest of the night. My remote didn’t turn on the tv or handle the volume but i did it manually;No Prob"

"We chose Elm House for our week in Napa and were very happy with our choice. This quaint space was in a great location; easy freeway on/off, we even walked into town a few times. Breakfast each day was simple and yummy. The outside grounds were beautiful to relax or hot tub. Staff was 10/10."
