“We were charged extra for hotel services - required. Our room was not cleaned, the comforter was ripped, and hairs from prior occupancy were in the drawers. We went to the pool and there was a dog in the pool when the rules stated no dogs allowed. People smoked by the fire pit. We did not see a sign for smoking. Maintenance in general was needed. We are so disappointed and it was not cheap. We stayed there for a bit of our honeymoon 28 years ago so the disappointment was even greater.”
