"Overall, amazing. Very clean, luxurious, beautiful, elegant, gorgeous views. Nobody cleaned our room although we had a “house keeping” sign on for 3-4 hours in the morning. Also, the pool had a very strong chlorine smell. "

"We enjoyed our long weekend stay in June. We had a king bed with city view — view was gorgeous and room was spacious. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Upon arrival our shower wasn’t working properly but they quickly sent someone to the room to fix it. We valeted for our stay — we never waited more than 5 min for our car. Upon check in, a shirt of mine was lost from giving a few clothing items hanging to the bellman to arriving to our room 20min later. The shirt was never found but the staff was helpful in trying to locate it. The breakfast buffet was fine — I would not have paid for it (we had buffet coupons for one morning). Overall, great stay and centrally located. We will stay here again in the future. "

"Location was perfect. On site parking garage was an absolute godsend. Room was spacious and had a great view. Bathroom was spotless and no signs of aging plumbing. Lots of food nearby and entertainment options and lots of SF public transit and just things in walking distance. We didn't pay extra for a view and I would still say our view was excellent. They have restaurant room service but the menu was limited. We did not use room service due to lack of interesting menu items."
