โDisappointing Stay โ Would Not Recommend
I recently stayed at Dom Oliwski in Oliwa, and unfortunately, the experience left much to be desired.
For a room booked for three people, the tea and coffee facilities were shockingly limited: just three tea bags, no coffee, no sugar, no milk โ and not even any cups. When I asked at reception, the receptionist bluntly told me that they simply donโt provide any of those things, with no apology or offer of assistance.

โFantastic views and property is very nice but they need to invest into the garden more. The staff at the restaurant were very nice, Victoria, Agnieszka and Dominika in particular but everyone was friendly- the room service shuts down too early, would be nice if they stayed open longer or have 24/7 food for the room โ

โMycket trevligt hotell. Fint och bra utrustat gym med till exempel hantlar upp til 20 kg. SPA ingรฅr och var vรคldigt mysigt och familjevรคnligt. Hotellet ligger nรคra Sopots vackra strand. โ

restaurant is nice, breakfast is superb.
only thing to improve was availability via phone, as i had several questions upfront, also with airport transfers and i had to try different days and times. maybe there was a lot people at reception desk during my calls.โ
โStaff are excellent and kind. Even though I booked by hotels.com, the officer told me that they saw ยซexpediaยป on the screen, and they donโt see three people. But they immediately solved the problem and helped us. Recommeded for families; silent and extremely clean.โ

โGreat stay close to the beach! I was a little worried having read some of the reviews here, but had no reason to be. Sure, the building is older, but the rooms are big and comfortable and the bathrooms are big, newish and clean. The breakfast is great, has everything and more. The beach is so close by, the location is awesome. Staff is nice. No complaints whatsoever.โ
