Clean and well presented. Staff allowed us to take our e-bikes to our rooms to charge. Double room quite small so was a squeeze with the bike however I’m very grateful that we were able to look after the bikes. Some hotels refuse to assist cyclists at all

Clean and comfortable hotel

Hotel is 3mins walk from the train station which was ideal as I was arriving into Omihachiman late at night. The room is clean and spacious. I booked a single room which is just next to the lift but I could not hear noise from they lift lobby. But I could hear the train if it was passing by the track next to the hotel. So the other reviewer was right that they could improve the sound proofing of the windows. I recommend the hotel for it's location. There is another hotel even nearer but New Omi is of higher grade.

朝食バイキングが本当においしかった！一品一品丁寧に作られていて、味のクオリティが高かったです。特にフレンチトーストがふわふわで最高でした！茄子のお浸しや、きんぴらごぼうなど地元の食材を使った、おばんざいも大変おいしかったです。

間違いないです。

近江八幡で仕事の時はいつも利用しています。滞在は久しぶりでしたが、部屋がモダンに改装されていてきれいになっていました。昔のようにジムが無いのは残念ですが、とても快適です。
