"Pool was closed for renovation but no mention of it when making reservations, toilet was clogged when I got there I was handed a plunger from the front desk couldn’t get it in unclogged someone came back said it was fixed it wasn’t I had to go across the parking lot to go to the bathroom at the Burger King and phone didn’t work to call front desk so I had to keep going down there and to top it off while returning from the Burger King my service dog was attacked by a other guest dog staying there coming into the hotel and front desk did not seem to be concerned that they had a aggressive pit bull staying there. "

"We had trouble getting hot water to the sink and to the shower even after running 15-20 minutes. Then when we talked to the front desk, the woman said we needed to go through the third-party. There’s nothing she could do about it. Which I thought was very rude would not go back. Even though our state was pretty good. I do not care for terrible service."

"This property was TERRIBLE!! The STRONG smell of smoke greets you the minute you walk into the lobby, there was construction going on with two men arguing. Went upstairs to look at the room and the carpet was FILTHY. The smell of smoke was even stronger in the room. I was taken to another room and that wasn't any better. I did not stay there. Thank God I was able to get another room in a better area."

"Renovations nearly complete that did not impact our stay. I have a food allergy where the breakfast kitchen staff was quick to check ingredients on one of the items. Great guy!!"

"The staff was friendly and welcoming. The room was clean when I arrived but they didn't clean it daily. The breakfast was ok. It could have used some improvement but the area was kept clean. The coffee was terrible but still available late into the evening. I was surprised to hear the pool was still closed for the season in March. "
