“Overall, I had a pleasant stay. The staff were friendly and the location was convenient. However, the cleanliness of the room and common areas could be improved, as some areas appeared to be overlooked during housekeeping. With better attention to cleanliness and maintenance, the overall guest experience would be much better.”

“Il y avait des moisissures dans les couns. Le bain etait rouillé. Les plinthes étaient à demi arrachees . On fournit une cafetière sans ttasses ni verres. La chambre etait vraiment petite.alors que nou avions réservé une chambre à 1 grand lit ( quuen) nous avons eu un lit double. Les infos infiques que shampoo et gel douche sont inclus. Non! nous avions 3 petites bouteilles de lotion hydratante, pas de shampooing ni gel douche. Dans l'ensemble très décevant, heureusement les draps et serviettes...

“We were pleasantly surprised. The cottage was spacious, clean and provided everything with the exception of sheets and towels. Staff were great, check in and out a breeze. Conveniently located near the wineries, the bridge to the boarder and Niagara Falls. Will definitely book again !!”

“Our stay was incredibly relaxing! The restaurant served delicious food, and the staff were very friendly. They even offered to prepare breakfast for us since we had an early start. They were also very welcoming and caring towards our doggy. If you don't mind a 45-minute drive from the ferry station, this lodge is a hidden gem. “Very prompt replies from managers of the property, and the unit was clean, but nothing like what I expected from the online pics. The property is tired, is on the side of the road, not that close to water, and much over priced. The window air conditioner barely works. and is not suitable to support the entire cottage.
