A true 4-start experience
The hotel is an unexpected gem in a rather rundown industrial area. The rooms are very spacious and nicely decorated, they all seem to have a furbished balcony. The bathrooms are also spacious and have all the necessary amenities. The WiFi worked very well. The breakfast was standard, but the view from the rooftop restaurant and terrace was wonderful. Also, the service was very friendly, the staff were accommodating and helped with whatever was needed. Another great perk is the free parking. I have not used the swimming pool, so cannot really comment on it, but it looked lovely. Last but not least, I appreciated the fact that the hotel is not only pet-friendly, but they did not charge a fee for my dog, which is always nice. Overall, a great experience, and I would come back, despite the unattractive surroundings.

Nice hotel but very far from center

Really nice hotel... even better than we expected.
It's a little bit out of the way however the GPS found it no problem. Definitely worth the extra drive if you are looking for a really nice hotel! There is a town about 5 minutes drive away (Galini) with fantastic Gyro!!!!

On our last night it was Power outage.The hotel was not prepared for this.We had to pack in the dark and it was very hot and we left early in the morning without breakfast.No one thought we should be compensated for this.And no one called to check our safety, we just stayed in the terrible darkness.

Hotel is a pretty trickey to find,not a single sign to tell you are going in a right direction,even when you are really close to it. Checkin in is from 3 pm insead of usual 2pm,and it was fast. Receptionists are not in a "welcoming" mood. No towels in a room at arrival so we had to ask for it. Pool area working time (which is the main reason we picked this hotel) is disopointing from 11am to 7pm,but if it is a weekend and they are preparing a wedding ceremony you have to ask them first if you are allowed to enter pool area. Breakfast was just ok,nothing special but the yellow sweet drink that suppose to be orange juice is really degradeing to guests.

Excellent hotel
We stayed for a night and had breakfast at the hotel. Brilliant ambience, wonderful and helpful staff and great hotel to stay in. The room was was excellent. O would highly recommend the Di Tania hotel to everyone staying in Thessaloniki.

it was so refreshing..
nice hotel, just needs maybe a restaurant because its quite remote, and they have the space to open a small restaurant which will work well.. seeing as everyone was ordering food from other places because there was no where to buy anything... swimming would of been so much fun if it was open, even with heated water in the winter, (25 degrees) wasn't even cold really...but other than that staff are lovely and will deffo stay again, and the views !!! very nice.

Pros: Very large room and large bathroom. The most comfortable bed I ever slept in a hotel. The pool was very good and clean. The staff was helpful but was a bit hard to communicate in English. Cons: It is way out there in the middle of nowhere. You will need a car. Even as a hotel guests they don't provide pool towels. It feels as the pool was meant for visitors who don't stay at the hotel.

Nice hotel with good facilities.
The hotel location is not convenient for someone without a car. Facilities are great. Friendly staff. Beautiful swimming pool with bar. Air conditioner was not efficient due to the high temperature, but our complaint was handled provisionally and without any delay. Very clean and recommended for families.

Great hotel
The hotel is very clean, friendly staff, and new. Great breakfast and plenty of selections. Only small negative was a bit far from downtown Thessaloniki, need to have a car. It's in an industrial but quiet location. Overall, great hotel. I recommend it.

Receive more than you can expect
Excellent stay in transit inside this resort with fabulous people. You don't know what you miss until you check in. It's like an island of normality in an ocean of temporary insanity (Greece now).

It was an enjoyable stay. The hotel is great. Staff is friendly, sympathetic and always willing to help. The room was excelent. The food (breakfast) in restaurant was tasty. Everyone will find something suitable for everyone. The room and the hotel - everything is kept clean. Weak point of the hotel is its location and accessibility. Without a car hard to get there. Despite this small shortcoming, I highly recommend this hotel to stay in Thessaloniki. There is here nice holiday atmosphere. I find this place ideal for lovers and for excursions. The hotel fully deserves four stars.

New hotel in an area most would not really enjoy
It's hard to rate this hotel since the property itself is new & seems nice, with a pool (not heated & very cold) that has waitresses offering drinks & seemed sort of club like in atmosphere + there is a Rock & Roll Club within site of the hotel. It's sits in an iffy looking industrial area with residential homes scattered here & there + what looked like what once was farmers fields, surrounding it. Some of us had suspicious looking bites on our bodies (not mosquito, but we had lots of those too) that they could only attribute to the hotel. That, plus seeing glitter stuck to lots of surfaces after being cleaned & Greek friends living in Thessaloniki saying they had never heard of the hotel (which is really way out of "town") made us suspicions that the hotel was not always a family friendly place. That said, the staff was always helpful & the owners (knowing our friendly group was having a gathering in one room) even brought us a Greek salad, on the house, which we totally appreciated.

Exceeding expectations!
The hotel conditions did not meet our expectations. They were exceeded! We got 2 wonderful and enormous rooms on the first floor in the first building, where we had our peace. The beds were extremely comfy, the bathroom was like a dance hall! The breakfast menu was not like 5* but we got all we wanted and were well sated. The pool area was also very nice but we didn't have enough time to have a proper stay there. Considering the fact that we were well aware that the hotel is not in the city center, we cannot complain that we had to use the car to get to Thessaloniki. The lady at the reception was sweet and interested at our staying experience, smiling and welcoming. We will be going to GR next month again, and this is 100% the hotel we will be staying at. It is worth every cent!

Anlage, Grösse und Ausstattung der Zimmer - alles da, was man braucht und was auch ein 4-Sterne Hotel bieten sollte. Ganz besonders ist die Freundlichkeit wirklich aller Mitarbeiter hervor zu heben. Aber es bedarf dringend einer Grundreinigung sowie vielen Reparaturen an allen Ecken und Enden. Wir hatten Zimmer Nr. 301 - hier fiel z.B. im Badezimmer die Verkleidung der Dusch-Badewanne auseinander als wir sie nur berührt hatten, die Duschtür war so locker, dass sie schon bei der Berührung des Dusch-Strahls auf ging und alles unter Wasser setzte - mal abgesehen davon, dass der Dichtungsgummi unten total spröde und verdreckt war, am Waschbecken war der Wasserhahn so locker, dass wir ihn manchmal fast in der Hand hatten. Wer auch immer schwarze Fliesen für das Bad gewählt hat, sollte am besten den Beruf wechseln - man sah jeden Strich der Putzfrau an den Wänden und am Boden. Obwohl die Frage ist, ob wirklich geputzt wird... wir hatten schwarze Füsse, so verschmutzt war der ganze Raum. In den Ecken lag und hing wirklich der Dreck, man wollte gar nicht mehr so genau hin schauen. Eine grosse Runde wirklich sauber putzen und sanieren täte der Anlage wirklich gut.

Prachtig hotel, maar wel afgelegen
Prachtig hotel, met zeer prettig personeel. Het hotel is erg goed, alleen ligt het niet direct op een plaats waar veel te doen is. Rust is er in ieder geval in overvloed en de kwaliteit van het hotel is uitstekend.
