"Felt so welcomed by front desk staff, resort was clean and wonderful for a family ! I had my teenage girls alone and always felt safe! Had a interior view of the atrium (lobby) and it was super cool, not loud at all! Only stayed one night but will always choose this hotel when SeaWorld is on the agenda! "

"Nice rooms and friendly staff but be careful at the laguna restaurant which they will charge 20% tip without your permission where it is not obvious. The price of the buffet increased so it's not affordable anymore and enjoyable best to go out. I would definitely stay but not eat there . "

"As far as breakfast, they need to work on their boiled eggs. They were in the shell and impossible to peel. Not sure if they were cooked wrong or just old. Staff was great. Room was fine. Everything else was just as we expected. "

"This is a huge hotel. There was no direction in regards of where anything was. Staff pretty much didn’t care. Had to pay $34 day for parking. The music is extreme and loud at the pool area. The lights at the pool were never shut off and illuminated my room every night. If you want just a bed, pick a different hotel. "
