Everything was comfortable and our family really enjoyed staying here. The host was amenable and flexible for us on our last day which was greatly appreciated. Unit is a tad damaged from use, but not to be unexpected from a vacation rental. One thing to note that caught us off guard are the pool and gym facilities are an additional $100/day for the unit, not included with the rental. This was in the fine print, but wish it was a bit more explicit. We used the pool on the last day, while waiting for our flights in the afternoon - quiet and clean.

Its a beautiful place but pool is hidden cost.

It was a nice location and nice place to stay but the pool is extra. You have to pay 100$ a day for access to it and the hot tub wven though they say its an amenities they have for the booking its not its really extra. They take $400 deposit. Our gate code messed up and only responce email i got back was and email sayong weird i think that was more the property aince later coming back it they just had the gates open. Its super pretty and comfortable though and lots of space. Id consider staying again but really ahould say before booking or add that to booking cost.

We were a group of six, and we went to Orlando to enjoy the parks. Actually, we were out of the house most of the day. However, the Wi-Fi didn’t always work when we got back! The staff of the office is very nice! So, the problem of the internet was nothing!

$$$/day pool use!!!

First, I'll let you know that the place was very nice. From there it goes downhill. Every email I received mentioned every thing I would be charged for... breaking things, staining towels, things missing... all things grownups know they will be charged for. I don't think I received an email that didn't have a list of things I would be charged for. Over each toilet, there was a sign saying a plugged toilet was grounds for being charged extra... not a plunger to be found in the unit! It was difficult to relax and enjoy ourselves when being reminded constantly about extra charges. I asked about hidden charges when I was booking the unit and was told I had paid everything but that there was a charge for using the gym and spa. I thought "wow, classy place with a spa and all..." not the case... the spa turned out to be the pool that was right outside the unit door. $$$ per DAY for use of the "spa" I found out after we got there!!! There were missing tv remotes and the safe was locked and inaccessible. I sent them an email about that and never heard back from them. Like I said in the beginning, the place was beautiful, but the communications and management company left a lot to be desired!

Lavavajillas con moho

La casa tiene buena ubicacion y con todo lo necesario, te hacen firmar muchisimas cosas y te cobran por todo, la alberca no esta incluida tienes que pagar 100 dlls por dia que quieras usarla, el lavavajillas no servia y estaba lleno de moho, y obviamente no lavaba, usamos el asador y lo limpiamos antes y despues de usarlo, y nos cobraron 68 dlls por que segun ellos no estaba limpio. A mis hijas y a mi nos dio una alergia el jabon de las sabanas cosa que nunca nos habia pasado, asi que si te vas a hospedar ahi ten en cuenta algunos gastos extras
