The communication with the owners were terrible. My family and I stood outside the unit for about 3 hours trying to contact the company, they would not answer the calls.. we had to literally blow their phone up and finally received a text saying cant talk right now. I then explained the fact that I didnt have a door code to get in. After checking my booking, they claimed to have contacted me to inform me they had to move me to a different location which was about 30 minutes further from Disney Parks I NEVER spoke to them prior to my arrival. I was never given an apology or discount. My family of 21 was stranded at night for 3 hours because of this.

Different location than advertised

Different location than advertised! I reserved property at the address advertised, to host family visiting me in Orlando. Even drove past property to confirm it was nice. Arrival instructions were given only 1 day before check in, with DIFFERENT ADDRESS, almost 1 hr away from my home. Non-refundable reservation and no choice when family was arriving next day. Smoke detector battery was low, chirping in front of upstairs bedrooms. This was fixed quickly. Rest of stay was disappointing. -Carpet VERY dirty, stained and even burned upstairs. Not vacuumed. Despite “cleaning fee”, I was covered in pet hair after sitting on the carpet (we don’t have pets) -Aluminum baking pan was crusted in grease. -Some towels were stained -There was black mold in the shower corners and door tracks. I live in FL so I know this is not a cleaning problem but a FL problem that you fix with Tilex mold cleaner, so I sprayed that myself. -Pool in the unit was stagnant (no filter or aeration). Could only use community pool, nice but far away. -They check ID to enter property, so cars stand in line 10-15 minutes each time to re-enter the premises. I initially thought the extra security was good, but several times the line got so long that a security person would come and just wave cars through without checking ID -Very loud at night even on weekdays (we stayed Wed-Sun) I don’t know if the property I thought I was booking would have been better, but this was a terrible disappointment.
