The property was clean and well maintained, and overall our stay was great and we would recommend.
Our backyard backed up to a grass alley/drain way which had trash in it (from previous guests, presumably), across from another backyard. It was not pleasing to the eye, although the backyard pool was a nice feature for the kids. There were no plants or anything in the patio area to make the backyard space feel aesthetic or block the view of the alley/other homes.
For a family of 6, we were provided with 3, one ply rolls of toilet paper for 6 days. Everything supplied is in very sparce and low quantity, but nothing was missing from description. So, I would recommend this for the price and location, as well as the amenities in the neighborhood - but bring your own TP and coffee and coffee filters- etc.
