The rooms are super nasty. We made a decision not to use the shower that was molded and bugs. Left to go home. Then was charged a 75.00 fee you have to wait to be released. They should have paid me to stay there.

The first night we got there , roaches all outside the door. I understand due to the area. Room service never came back to give us towels and more soap. The second night same thing only difference was now the roaches were inside ! On the night stand , once the bed was lifted. They scattered. I went to the front to see if I could get a refund or change rooms. The guy was nice. Said to check out one room he had available unfortunately that room was still under the same condition. He stated manager was not in until Monday- Tuesday to see for a possible refund. Never in my life have I encountered something like this. The front desk guy was trying to be helpful but there was only so much he could do.

La piscina no la limpian el piso se notaba con limo no me tire ningún día con temor a salir con infección de oídos . El desayuno fatal solo bajé 1 día y quedé súper mal solo había huevos hervidos fríos en un jarrón y tenías que calentarlos en el microwave

I took photos of that La Quinta, the room, the bathroom, the chair was in terrible condition. I got bitten from something on the bed. Couldnt even sleep. But i will be pozting them on so ial media. Im entitled to a refund because how nasty and filty the room was. No guess should have to stay in thoze kind of conditions. And the staff didnot csre.

Was a cheap option for room and board however it smelled like mildew in the rooms. Just needs renovating. And they should spruce up their continental breakfast options.
