Dure 11 dias de estadias y el wifi nunca funcionó, supuestamente trabajan para arreglarlo pero nunca funciono. No limpiaron la habitación durante esos dias. Tuve que comprar papel higiénico porque habia que estar pidiendo papel en la recepción. El desayuno no ponian suficiente comida para la cantidad de gente que estaba hospedada. Habia que estar llamando al personal para quq colocaran las cosas. Solo nos colocaron una toalla grande para dos personas, no se como hacian las demás familias que eran numerosas con una sola toalla. Deben renovar un poco más las instalaciones. Lo unico bueno que puedo destacar es que esta bien ubicado y el microondas y nevera de la habitación funcionaban bien. Al igual que el aire acondicionado.

Hice mi reservación en este hotel por qué entre sus servicios que cobran por la tarifa incluían el wi fi, me hospedé acá por motivos de trabajo y no pude trabajar en mi estancia de 9 días y ninguno de ellos hubo el servicio de wi fi. Por lo que solicito el reintegro del débito de los $100 como depósito de garantía y adiciona $100 por los daños ocasionados afectando mi trabajo y mi reputación en mi lugar de trabajo. Por esta deshonestidad, y falsa promoción al consumidor mi salario va ser afectado dado que no me pude conectar a tiempo a sesiones. En los 9 días nunca ingresaron hacer aseo, cambio de toallas, retiro de basura, colocación de papel higiénico, jabón (servicios básicos de higiene y aseo). Al ingresar a la habitación el inodoro estaba salpicado con gotas de orina, el del servicio al cliente debió ir y limpiarlo el mismo, sin guantes ni nada para su protección. Este tipo de faltas higiénicas pone en riesgo la salud de los huéspedes y de los empleados. Alfombras sucias y manchadas.

My experience at La Quinta Inn & Suites was very disappointing, and I would not recommend this hotel. I was double charged for the security deposit, confirmed by my credit card company. The room key did not work for an entire day due to Wi-Fi/system issues. There was no housekeeping at all, we had to take out our own trash, and clean towels were not available. The breakfast was very poor, the pool was out of service, and the internet did not work. Employees were noisy in the hallways early in the morning, making it hard to sleep. The refrigerator and toilet were noisy, and there were cockroaches in the room. Staff were unhelpful and even complained about their jobs to guests instead of providing service. The only positive was hot water. I would not stay here again.

Agradezco la oportunidad de compartir mi opinión sobre la reciente estancia en su establecimiento. Mi experiencia fue mixta, con aspectos positivos y otros que requieren mejora significativa. En primer lugar, deseo destacar positivamente la calidad de las camas, que resultaron muy cómodas y contribuyeron a un descanso adecuado. Este es un elemento fundamental que valoramos los huéspedes. Sin embargo, debo señalar varios inconvenientes que afectaron notablemente mi confort. Las almohadas, en contraste con las camas, no tenían la firmeza o calidad esperada, lo que dificultó el sueño profundo. Más preocupante fue la situación en el baño de mi habitación asignada: carecía por completo de cortinas, comprometiendo la privacidad de forma inaceptable. A esto se sumó la ausencia de toallas, un elemento básico de hospitalidad que me vi obligado/a a solicitar, generando una inconveniencia innecesaria tras mi llegada. El problema más serio ocurrió al finalizar mi estancia. El depósito de garantía que se cargó a mi tarjeta no ha sido reembolsado dentro del plazo acordado. He contactado con recepción y sigo a la espera de una solución y una explicación clara sobre el retraso. En conclusión, mientras la base para una buena estancia existe (como la comodidad de las camas), los fallos en detalles esenciales —suministros básicos, privacidad y transparencia en las gestiones financieras— empañaron gravemente la experiencia.

Yo separe 4 habitaciones y las 4 estaban sucias y tenian mal olor. No tenian toallas ni papel de inodoro. Habia cucarachas en las habitaciones. Las almohadas estaban sucias y con mal olor. Los safacones no tenian bolsas. En varias ocasiones pedimos las cosas y no se nos daban. Pedi una cuna para bebe y nunca me la dieron porque no sabían donde estaba.

Let’s address the huge misconception first the hotel is labeled as a Laquinta when in fact it’s a Baymont. When we got our room key we went to the room only to see that the room was not in fact ready for us it was so foul in smell that my 10 year old ran to the bathroom to throw up. We immediately called the front desk and asked for a new room they accommodated no problem but when we got to the new room there weren’t any towels no problem small fix right? Wrong, when we went to the front desk to ask for the towels they acted as if they didn’t want to give us the towels I kept informing the receptionist that we need 3 because we don’t have any and the receptionist kept asking me if I didn’t have any I asked if they wanted to come to room to see that we didn’t have any towels because why would it be a problem for them to give me towels. All in all if you’re just looking for a place to rest your head and go this would be the place anything more go elsewhere.

Cuando llegamos reportamos que la habitación estaba llena de cucarachas nos dijeron que nos cambiarian de habitación aunque no estuvieramos porqje nuestros parque habrian temprano que ellos lo hacien fueron 3 días de reportar este incidente con los insectos ademas de que todos los días prehuntabamos por la alberca y el internet y nos decian que al día siguiente lo repararían lo cual nunca sucedio; aunado a eso el desayuno era solo pan y yoguth y se les acababa no lo rellenaban jasta 1hr despues y traían como 10 o 15 para toda la gente que estabamos esperando, el trato de las personas era muy grosero, se enojaban si les recordabas que había un problema y que no se había solucionado, el baño se nos tapo y no tenían un destapacaños para aunque sea uno mismo arreglar el problema, todos los días habían otras 3 familias com quejas similares y a ninguna nos solucionaron, tampoco servía la tele

Breakfast closed too soon. There were no napkins. Rooms were not clean nor were the toilets. Booked the same category of rooms but one of them did not have an oven and a fridge.

The room was ok, seemed clean - except the only towel was the bathmat. Ours was an unplanned layover in Orlando for a 7 am flight out. When we arrived at 12:05 AM, there were other people waiting for service and one guy at the desk who did not seem to know what he was doing. A second man came and helped him but it was still 40 minutes before we got to our room. The next morning when we left at 5 am, we asked the original guy if perhaps we could have a muffin or something as we could not stay for breakfast and we were told they were still in the fridge. Not only was he inadequately trained but he seemed to have no compassion for his customers.

Lamentablemente nuestra estadia no fue lo que esperamos. Tuvimos que pedir dos cambios dd habitación debido a que el baño estaba dañado y en otra ocasión porque la alfombra evidentemente no la habían limpiado y el cuarto tenía un olor demasiado dd fuerte. El desayuno está incompleto, no es continental. Las habitaciones no las limpian. Requerimos limpieza en diversas ocasiones y no fue hasta el dia antes del check out que "cambiaron" las sábanas. Dejaron los guantes de limpieza en la habitación. Nos reemplazaron las toallas por unas toallas llenas de sangre. Las sábanas de las camas tienen manchas de suciedad. Pedimos más toallas en el front desk y nos indicaron que no tenían disponibles sino que había que esperar una hora para las mismas pero nunca nos las dieron. No estamos satisfechos con nuestra estadia. Triste y lamentablemente no recomendamos este hotel y no volveremos al mismo.
