“I could not find the house because the address is listed incorrectly. There were instructions to take off your shoes or use covering, but when I walked from the bed to the bathroom, my feet got really dirty. There’s a dark entertainment room/foyer with neons lights/decor, a pool table and some other items that led to the rooms and were nonfunctional.”

“I was very comfortable with the people that were staying there. Very nice place. Would recommend anyone to stay.”

“Not a Hotel — Read Carefully Before Booking My experience at Tempo Trek Lodgings in Davenport, Florida, was extremely disappointing due to the lack of transparency about what guests are actually renting. This is not a hotel. It is a shared house with seven individual rooms for rent. Guests share the kitchen, bathrooms, pool, and common areas. Even the parking is shared, and that is a major problem. There are only four parking spaces for the entire property: two in the garage and two in the...

“This is a very lovely resort and the condos are clean and comfortable. We had plans with friends and didn’t use the amenities but they looked nice. The room was recently refreshed but the outlets built into the side table didn’t work in one bedroom unfortunately. They could also use more pots and pans because I love to cook as much as possible. Other than that, truly a great place and will stay again if needing a place.”

“I paid for all the rates at Hotels.com and stayed here for four days. However, when I confirmed after checking out, I confirmed that the hotel charged again to my deposit credit card. So I called the hotel and hotel said it was a simple deposit, and it would be refunded it later. But this doesn't make sense. I have stayed at many hotels over the years, but I have never actually paid with my credit card for deposit. I stayed at 6 hotels on this trip, but they did just save my credit card...

“Hotel was excellent. The rooms were clean. The property was very well maintained. We loved the pool! Would highly recommend.”
