I loved everything about the home!! It was perfect. I will most definitely use again. Now, getting into the property gates for the first time was HORRIBLE!! I sat in line for over 30 minutes, then I was the only person on the list, security showed me on the computer. Thank God I had the copy i sent to you all on the WhatsApp. On the second day, even after i communicate with someone on the WhatsApp earlier Saturday, while my family was at Sea World, he still had an issue with getting in because the parking pass they gave him expired! I wasn't happy with that process at all. The security people are being verbal abused due to the information not being entered in, I saw it with my own two eyes, only me,maintains, cleaning crew, and 1other person were listed. You resolve that issue, its the best place ever to stay.

Disappointed

Positives Large, pretty townhouse in a nice location. Plenty of space for a group of 12 and with plenty of sleeping accommodations. Negatives First and foremost, you can only contact property manager between the hours of 9 to 5. Their agreement states that non-emergency calls outside these hours will incur a charge. These would include all of the issues that I will state below. If this is the case, then make sure the place is equipped with everything in the description. *The washing machine was broken. When looking for a place we made sure it had a washer and dryer. *We found 2 dead and 4 live roaches. The property manager excuse was that the place has just been fumigated. *There were no extra trash bags to refill trash cans. When they stopped by to leave some, they only left small bathroom bags. The agreement states that we need to make sure there is no trash left behind. Where the trash needs to be thrown out, it was already full of trash during our stay. *The description says the place has a game room which is a Foosball table, air hockey table and dart board. There was no puck and no darts. Traveling with 6 kids raging in age from 8 to 17, we made sure to pick a place with a game room. *The tv in 1 of the kids room had no cables. *A few remote controls did not have batteries. A pack of batteries were dropped off. When we vacation we rent via VRBO or Air BNB. This is the first time that we have so many issues and that the company does not want to be bothered to make our stay as comfortable as possible. If they are going to charge for being inconvinienced, then they should give us a credit for inconviniencing us.

Nice Large Home w comfortable beds

We booked out stay here for just three family members, my wife, 13-yr-old daughter and me. All was in great condition and nice! Only a few small problem areas... Bathrooms are only stocked with one roll of toilet paper each and kitchen with one roll of paper towels. Television was somewhat difficult to navigate for someone only used to traditional streaming channels. (This is reason for the 'service' mid-range rating. Of course there is not regular 'service/cleaning' for condos and homes like actual hotel rooms.

Villa en Orlando para vacaciones sin problemas.

Las instalaciones estaban en perfectas condiciones, todos los aparatos electrónicos y electrodomésticos funcionaban bien. La decoración y el funcionamiento inteligente del aire acondicionado hicieron mas confortable la estadía. La basura la recogían 5 días a la semana, conforme lo establecido. La seguridad del complejo excelente. El servicio de apoyo telefónico en mi idioma funciono de maravilla no obstante el horario nocturno. Regresaría sin pensarlo.

Pague U$175 por climatizar la piscina de la casa y ésta nunca funcionó, llame por teléfono y nadie contesta, fui en 2 oportunidades a la oficina y no había nadie, deje un mensaje escrito y aún espero por la respuesta para que me reembolsen el dinero pagado por un servicio que nunca existió.

Not worth the hassle

We rented a four bedroom townhome at Paradise Palms. The booking went through Apex rentals. The neighborhood is very nice, as is the entire Paradise Palm complex. However, the townhouse was not in the best of shape. There were many stains on the carpets and furniture and patches on the walls. Towels were to be provided but they only provided eight bath towels, three hand towels, and no wash clothes, dish rags, or dish towels. We had six people in our group and we were staying for six nights. After contacting the front desk, who referred us to Apex, we finally received 5 wash clothes. However, I contacted five other people during our stay for additional towels and none were provided. They also do not provide garbage bags, dish soap, toilet paper, or coffee filters. You have to provide everything for yourself, as instructed by Apex, after I complained. The cable in the kids room did not work at all and through the rest of the house it went in and our numerous times during a show. I paid $50 for a late check out but they had another party booked to arrive at 4:00 that day. I told Apex we could leave early and Elizabeth stated they would refund my $50.00 for all of our troubles, but I still have not received the credit. I would recommend finding another place to book or a different management company to book with other than Apex.

Wonder escape for larger family

This area is tucked away from the traffic of bust main streets. However, it is still close enough to shopping and entertainment to partake if you choose. The colors were very bright and cheerful. Perfect retreat for a grieving family.
