Very nice room and a quiet environment for a stay near the parks in Orlando. Many restaurants nearby. Only glitch was no waste basket of any kind in the room. Not a big glitch, however.

The only issue we had was the hot tub not being hot. Other than that, we had such a great time! Staff is super friendly and helpful, and all of the other guests were very nice. We’ll definitely be back!

Best hotel!

This is the best hotel for our family. We love staying here for its convenient location, its affordability and its spacious clean rooms. We love the size of the fridge which for our family is a big need. We have never had an issue here and can’t wait to return.

This is a great, affordable place to stay. 15 minutes from Disney parks and there a bunch of food trucks right next door. The staff were amazing and took great care of us! So glad I found this little gem.

The staff was incredible and did everything they could to make our stay comfortable as we fled from hurricane Milton. The rooms are cute and very clean - the outside common areas could use more consistent cleaning but the courtyard was beautiful and well kept. We'll definitely stay there again if we come to Kissimmee again for fun.

Very nice inexpensive hotel.

This place looks to have been recently remodeled. It is very nice inside. The beds weren't that comfortable, but for the price I can't complain. The staff was nice and friendly. I would definitely stay here again.
