My family enjoyed themselves, the suite had everything we needed. Fully furnished kitchen, dining room table for 6. Sleeper couch, veranda, it really felt like an apartment it was perfect for my family of 5. The kids had space to run around and play. My kids especially enjoyed the kiddie pool and the arcade. It was close to everything and very quiet. I would definitely stay here again.

Property clean & beds comfy , staff really helpful & friendly, kitchen well equipped & good to have laundry facilities. Pool area great and perfect at end of a day at theme parks. No lifts to apartment, wasnā€™t a problem for us as family with teens.

Did not like no elevator access to 3rd floor. Requested a courtesy extend hour check out at 11 am. Was told no one would be using the room but, I would be charged additional $35.00 plus tax and fees. Poor customer service and experience. Never had this problem at a resort before.
