"Thought we ordered queen room but was smaller than our queen at home. Chair had broken arm. Showed a little age but enjoyed our stay. Windows dirty but appreciative being able to open. Enjoyed breakfast and hot tub in room. Lots of places to eat in walking distance. This was our second yr staying at location to break up our trip further north."

"The Monte Carlo is a good value, reasonably priced hotel. We have stayed there several times over the last few years. Its main selling feature is that it is usually available at a decent price. The rooms are clean. We’ve never had issues. The breakfast offered is not that great, and we usually just pick up coffee and muffins from Tim’s just down the street. Our most recent stay had us in room 407. The sink faucet forced the water out in a fine, powerful spray that tended to splash back onto the counter, and generally make a mess. Also, the shower curtain didn’t cover to the bottom of the walk in shower, also creating a wet floor. These are problems that are easily fixed. It would be nice if they were addressed."

"A great one night stay. Worked with a staff member prior to arrival to secure payment for our son and wife. Unfortunately, they did not have time for any of the amenities other than breakfast, which they said was wonderful. Bed was comfortable, room was immaculate, and it was a great stay."

"It was a quick stay so we didn't have time to use any facilities. The breakfast was fair for a quick bite before we had to leave. There is a nice walk with gazebo, etc outside that looked very nice, outside our room that I wish we could have used."
