โAt check in I was greeted by Liz with a smile and very welcoming. Even offered me water to drink. Which was very kind and thoughtful of her as it was very very hot out. Iโve never had such a great experience walking into a hotel like I did here. Stayed here a week and it was very quiet and safe. Staff was always providing me with what I needed when asked. โVery friendly and genuine staff, working hard. I was pleasantly surprised at the common areas and restaurant, almost like a full service restaurant, which I was not expecting. This is a tiny mountain top area, not really even a town, and the lodge seems to be presenting the best possible situation, for the limitations of the environment, and the recent difficult history of fires nearby. I would happily enjoy another stay!โ
