"First off. Location location location. We needed a place inside the park so we chose this place. My bad for not checking more closely —it’s a 1940’s building running off a generator; so no A/C. It was pretty hot while we were there. It finally cooled off in our room about midnight when the gas truck pulled in to refill the pumps. "Our tween boys said this was their favorite place they have stayed on this trip. We enjoyed the canoe, kayaks and paddle boards available for personal use on the lake. We attempted tennis, but learned we are not a tennis family. There was basketball available too and a trampoline. The kids were def loving all of the fun.
