Very clean room with all the amenities. Short walk to Namba Station and short walk to Dotonbori. Excellent place to stay. They were very communicative and helpful. We got a guide that explained everything from how to check in, how to get around the area, and suggestions for nearby restaurants. Would definitely stay again.

The room was relatively large and looked well maintained and clean. The only gripe is that the washer/dryer doesn't do heat dry, only air dry.

We had a great stay. The place is within walking distance (long walk but easy!) to Dotonbori and other markets. There’s a good little kitchen and eating area. The bed is very firm, which is great for us, but something to keep in mind if that’s not your style. There’s a patio but you’re staring right at a wall, which was totally fine for us since we were out all day and night, but just a warning that there isn’t a view from the patio. The apartment had a lot of space for us and our things which was nice compared to other places in Japan. Communication was quick and easy with the managing group through their dedicated site they send a link to after booking. They let us store our luggage in the apartment when we got there before check-in time, which was very nice. If you need to store your luggage after check-out time, though, they are unable to offer that service since their staff is not on-site. Overall it was a really good place to return to at the end of each night!

自助式入住，check in 當日要留意電郵才知道地下入口密碼及房門密碼。 房間相當整潔新淨、寬敞，住得舒適。廁浴間分開，還有容易使用的洗衣機，並且有洗衣粉提供。浴室有乾衣功能的抽氣扇，對入住四晚的我們，非常實用。 惟一可改善的地方，就是房間內的垃圾桶不是腳踏打開的款式，而是手揭式，用起時比較不便，也沒有垃圾分類要求。而洗碗盤那處，若有洗潔精或洗手液提供，就更加完美了。 離要車站，難波，日本橋亦只是大約10分鐘步行距離，非常方便

아주만족스러움

솔직히 진짜 너무 만족스러워요. 난바역에서 걸어서 10분정도 걸리고 너무 깨끗하고 넓어요 티비 밑으로 캐리어 두개 열어놔도 돌아다니는데 하나도 안불편해요. 옷걸이 많고, 옷장도 진짜 넓어요. 변기랑 샤워하는공간이 떨어져있고, 가장 만족스러운 점은 욕실이에요. 짱구네 욕실처럼 욕조 바깥에서 샤워할수있어요. 일본여행 다니면서 이런곳은 처음이에요. 항상 욕조 바깥으로 물 안튀게 조마조마 씻었는데 욕실에 난방도돼요. 다만 수건을 지내는 동안 말려서 써야한다는게 좀 그래요. 다음방문에도 예약할거예요
