The apartment is in an excellent location. Location is walking distance away from the main Namba station and the shopping areas. One other key thing is that the apartment is clean and nicely maintained.

This isn’t a high end hotel if that’s what you’re looking for. This a more like an apartment that is close to everything. Lots of shopping, restaurants and the train stations. Our room was big enough for the three of us and it was clean and had all the amenities we needed. The laundry machine was an added bonus and we were so close to a coin laundry so we were able to dry our clothes in the dryer.

The room was good, and the staff were fair. However, the space was too small for four people as advertised. As an apartment, it was strange that there was an oven and hob but no table or chairs—how can you cook but not have a proper eating space for four people? Also, the washing machine could only wash but not dry, making it impractical for a short stay. Overall, it wasn’t bad, but there’s a lot of room for improvement.

+: The location of the hotel is very good. -: the room was not very clean. The refrigerator and kettle were covered with dust. The corridor was very smelly. There was no service: room service is only available per request . But there is no single staff in the hotel. It was a puzzle to check in because there was no staff.

Confusing to find the apartment. Maindoor has a seperate code and key safe outside the flat. So you need coses for both. Make sure you check your email from the owner and read carefully.

It is an old building and the located in a night life area, is noisy at night with car pass by and people talking loud. The hallway is really dark and feel like a guesthouse. Room is small but with 2 big beds, one is right next to the gas stove seems not safe to cook, and there is only a small round coffee table you don’t even have space to eat. i found rubbish like a mask next to the fridge. Separate toilet and bath, the toilet room is really tiny and bathtub I think can only fit the kids. There is washing machine but no dryer and no space to hang your clothes in the room. No air purifier the room and is really dusty. Don’t even provide free bottle of water. We have stayed in many apartments in Japan and this is the worse we have stayed. The room picture looks much newer. If you want extra pillow or blanket there is extra charge. Not recommend.

The pictures on the web was deceiving to make it look bigger than it was. The space was cramped. The little round table was the size of a stool. There is no place else to put anything but on the kitchen stove - which is a propane stove and right next to the bed. A full size fridge was also next to the bed but the door opens the wrong way such that it is not possible to get directly from the fridge. You’ll have to reach over the door to get something from the fridge. Good luck trying to it something on the bottom shelf of the fridge. The toilet space is also cramp such that if you bend forward while sitting, your head will be against the wall. The bathroom was also cramp with very little counter space. There’s no staff available. Check in is online and you get sent an email with instruction to get access to the room. Would not come back to stay here again.

The property’s listing is very deceiving. Some of the pictures shown are not from this property. Casually, Google maps by default takes your to the new building in the better area. The actual property is an old building on the side of the freeway in a very shady area. The car noise is all night long and feels unsafe to walk there at night. There is washer but no dryer so good luck washing your clothes, the property lists that it has a place to store your luggage. This is a lie. Basically your luggage is just left outside the entrance elevator. Since there is no lobby, and there is no attendant. The security of your luggage relies on the main front door and some super old and blurry security cameras. With so many other better options in Osaka, I would not recommend staying here. The room is acceptably clean, however; it has a really old and dirty red carpet which is also not showing clearly on the pictures as some of the pictures show new rooms and wood floors. This listing needs to be reviewed and audited so that other customers are not deceived. The fact that they strictly do not allow check in until 4pm when they don’t even have a secure place to store your luggage is also terrible. They should let you place your bags inside your room even if they don’t want you to use it until 4 pm which is really nonsense as checkout is at 10am strictly or else they will assess per penalties. So basically first day you have only 2/3 of your room and can’t even store luggage.

Pictures were not representative of the room. I think they were from one of the many other Apartment 11s in the city. My stay was nice though. I wish there was room for a table and a chair in the room. This was a work trip and when I needed to work late from my hotel, I had no choice but to work from bed.

入住4晚頂級四人房，因為有帶2個孩子，需要住宿空間較大的住宿，房間很大且舒適，2張雙人床（不是單人加大那種）床鋪硬挺舒服，且有廚房、餐具、冰箱、快熱煮水壺、放置外套的大衣架、免洗拖鞋、牙刷組⋯非常齊全，對面就有全家，走路2分鐘內還有有7-11和Lowson，步行10分鐘內可到難波站，非常推薦😎

整體oK，方便，房東能迅速解答訊息！我們3人住5晚，洗手間只有一卷廁紙，第四天早需趁員工打掃其他房時自己問她取，員工亦十分友善。唯一美中不足是因為沒有每天打掃服務，建議可為住滿3天的人更換一下床單，另外地板地毯難免經過多天會有污糟及灰塵，建議可放一個吸麈機在走廊共用位置，可讓住客自行在有需要時取用，對有潔癖的客人及現日本流感高峯期來說，值得考慮！若有，再入住機率亦較高
