Comfortable stay

Good location, close to the Subway. Convenient stores and restaurants near by. No dryer but can hang clothes easily.

Great Value

This was an excellent choice for my family. Very close to the metro line which was convenient. The rooms were very nice, very clean and very comfortable. I would highly recommend staying here with your family, it was a great value for the cost!

Nice place

The place was very clean and comfortable. Quiet area and nice place to stay at if you are going to the aquarium. Good place to stay if you have kids. If you are going to Universal Studios you need to take 3 different metros, I wouldn’t recommend it with kids.

Great location, easy access to transport and Tempozan marketplace, quick and easy to USJ via free ferry. Quick train ride to dontonbori & Kuromen market, not too far for teamlab botanical gardens. Property is clean and functional, but very small. Not enough chairs, glasses or storage space. And you can hear every step, noise and talking from upstairs and downstairs accommodations.

万博にいくために５月末に3泊しました。 大阪市内まで、電車で結構時間がかかるので大阪港徒歩3分のアクセスはかなり良かったです。 万博会場に一日中いると、疲れてしまうので、昼に３時間ほど抜けて、こちらの宿泊施設に戻って休めました。とは言っても、万博の東ゲートから往復で１時間くらいです。 また、大人3人子ども1人で利用しましたが、部屋も広く落ち着いて過ごせました。 コインランドリーのピエロが近くにあるので、お洗濯がしやすいと思います。（我が家は洗濯機で用がたりました） 以下の点を改善していただけると、より良いかと思います。 ◯お風呂の掃除用の洗剤とスポンジがない。 ◯お風呂のカビ取り（湿気がこもりやすいので、使用後は窓を開けて、換気扇をまわすことを必須とする） ◯お風呂の椅子が低すぎる（浴槽が広かったのは良かった）

洗面台の水が流れず、詰まっていた。中をのぞくとカビだらけでした。なので、全く使えませんでした。 お風呂もかびだらけ。浴槽にもお湯をはりました。掃除がされてないのではないかと思うほど、浴槽の中はザラザラで、白い垢のようなものがふわふわ浮いてきている状態で、給湯口も掃除がされていないのではないかと思います。お風呂を洗うスポンジも置かれてなく、色々と探し、洗面台の棚を開けると、使いかけのシャンプー（倍量の詰め替えタイプ）、コンディショナーは詰め替えのものが、封を切った状態で蓋をされることもなく乱雑に置かれていました。クイックルワイパーのかえと、トイレットペーパーも転がっている状態でおいてありました。（洗面台の下にトイレットペーパーは必要ないかと思いましたが。。。。） ソファーも、中心部がへこみすぎており、下の骨組みが見えている状態でした。なので、少し座るとクッションがズレてきたりしていました。 食器も、きちんと洗っていなかったのか、内側にホコリがついていたり、水垢がついていたり、コップを洗おうと食器用洗剤を使いましたが、水で薄めて使っているのか、シャバシャバで泡立たなかったりもありました。 値段が安かったのはとても良かったですが、清潔感は全くありませんでした。

1DKで、ダブルベットが２つ入ってるベットルームがあり、とても快適なお部屋でした！出張で利用したので、洗濯機と浴室乾燥機、追い出し機能その他一通り揃ってる調理家電はありがたいです。お風呂場やベット、カーペットのシミや汚れサビなどの経年劣化は気になりましたが、仕方ないかなと思います！ お勧めできる部屋です。

長期間宿泊者がいなかったのか、、、お部屋に入った瞬間からこもった臭いがありました。 娘がアレルギー持ちですが、ソファと毛布に触れて数分で激しくくしゃみと目が痒くなっていました、、、。 お部屋は全体的に綺麗で、過ごしやすかったです。

事前に場所がわかりにくいから〜と連絡頂けたのでとても親切だなと感じました！行ってみるとそんなにわかりにくいこともなく辿り着けました。 部屋も広く赤ちゃんが一緒だったので安心したのですが、他の方が書いているように使っていないリネンやらが棚の上に雑に置かれていてビックリしました。洗面所にもカピカピのコンタクトが落ちていたり、換気扇も埃がびっしり。。もう少し綺麗だと嬉しいなと思いました。 赤ちゃんがハイハイをするので着いてまず掃除機をかけました。掃除道具があるのは助かりましたがもう少し綺麗に整頓されていると気持ちよく過ごせるかなと思います。 立地条件もとても良く小さい子ども連れにはピッタリなので清潔さだけがもったいないです。施設の方はとても親切なのでそこはとても良かったです！！

家族旅行で利用しました！

部屋も比較的広く、ベッドも大きくて過ごしやすかったです。(6名だとベッドが足りず少し不便でしたが) ただ、上の階の宿泊者が夜中から大声で騒いでおり、うるさくて目が覚めてしまったところが残念なポイントでしたがこれに関しては施設の問題ではありません。 徒歩で海遊館も行ける、USJも電車で30分以内に行ける、近くの焼肉屋さんも凄く美味しかった。 また大阪旅行する際に利用したいと思います。 ありがとうございました！

もう少し清掃した方がいいです。 施設内の階段の手すり、どれだけ放置したらこんなに汚くなるのかと思うほど。 触れませんでした。 宿泊期間中、他の宿泊客とすれ違いましたがいずれも子供連れです。 子供が触ったら大変なくらい汚かったです。 部屋の中も手を抜いている感じ。 照明の上にはパッと見ただけでもわかるほど大量のホコリが… 喘息持ちとしてはきつかったです。 到着早々床にもゴミが落ちていたりしましたが、宿泊費相当なのでしょうか。 幸い掃除道具がありましたので自分で掃除しました。 清掃に関してはもう少し掃除してくださると嬉しいですが、そのほかはとても素晴らしかったです。 快適に過ごすことができました。 ミニキッチン付きでまるで第二の家のような感覚で滞在することができました。 チェックインについて分からないことがあり、電話確認した際も、とても丁寧な対応をしていただき、チェックアウト後は忘れ物があったことを電話いただきました。 車で行ったのですが近くにコインパーキングがいくつかあったので大変便利でしたし、徒歩圏内にコンビニ等もありました。 ぜひまたお邪魔したいと思える施設でした。

値段の割に1LDKやトイレと風呂が別れていてリビングにはソファー、ダイニングにはテーブル、そして寝室にはダブルベッドが2台横並びで子供2人の4 人家族には最高の宿泊施設でした。
