Convenient location, great amenities such as late night ramen, ice cream, and morning drinkable yogurt. Also really liked onsite onsen and laundry facility. Room was okay. Shower stall was a bit odd since it steps out directly to carpeted area. Otherwise, a very good hotel.

The amenities sold me. Everything was clean, worked, free laundry, coffee, tea, desserts, soup at night. The spa was awesome! The breakfast was more expensive then other hotels but worth the $15 USD for the premium selection. For me, most activities were walkable. I felt safe always. The downside, it's in a noisy area, bring ear plugs if you're a light sleeper and the pillows were horrible and no English stations on the TV that I could find. The wifi worked good, you don't need toiletries, they provide them. Laye checkout is offered for a reasonable fee too, as late as 2pm!

Good area, close to dotonbori, room was clean and had a laundry inside the room, including detergent to use! No shower, but the onsen was open all night. Kind of far from the nearest station but close enough! Would stay again

Great place, clean, safe and quiet. Has a real-time crowded or not for their onsen. Convenient to be able to pick our time soaking in the warm waters. We paid extra for their breakfast and found that it was outstanding! Close to the Dontonbori area where there are many shops and restaurants close by to chose from.

The osen is really good, and the hotel's services are very good, including the dessert, ramen, drinks, and staff. The bed is clean and comfortable. I love it very much and will come back again.

This was a very nice hotel. The staff were very helpful when I needed to find an urgent care and even called ahead for me. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very nice with mostly Japanese choices.
