Never managed to get the key to get into our appartement, host wasnt helpful, ad said elevator was an amenities and there was no elevator. Host is now refusing to refund even though we couldnt get in and had to travel to a new location after two hours of wasted time. I highly recommend looking somewhere else to book.

建物がエレベーターがないので、キャリーケースは持って上がる必要があります。 またタオルは生乾きのままベッドに置いてありました。ベッド2つあるのですが、手前のベッドは真ん中が軋み、今にも壊れそうな感じでした。 掃除もちゃんとされていないのか、ソファーの下にはゴミがたくさんありましたし、トイレ内に蜘蛛の巣が張られてました。 洗濯洗剤や消臭スプレーなど置いてあるにも関わらず、中身は空のままで使うことは出来ません。 こんなに設備が整っていないのに、分別されて無かったら罰金制度があったりします。 ゴミ箱が1個しか無いのにどうやって分別しろと？ ちなみに冷蔵庫は強にしないと冷えません。 冷凍庫は霜がたくさんありすぎて閉まりませんし、もちろん冷凍されません。 ここを使うくらいならネットカフェの方がいいと切実に感じました。

No hay nadie en la app ni el anfitrion que te ayud

El unico problema que tuve fue cuando llegué a la ubicación tarde 3 horas para poder entrar a donde estaba la llave y el problema es que ya era de noche y el anfitrion me contesto casi a las 3 horas la cama estaba rota y no avia papel sanotario y en la app no hay un lugar donde te asesoren en este tipo de problemas
