The location, very close to Tennoji station, is ideal for travellers taking the Haruka express train to/from KIX airport or intercity trains around the Kansai region. Two subway lines also run through the station, and tourist areas like Dotonbori are just a few stops away. There is also a large park close by.

Location is perfect. Located near Tennoji Station is perfect to travel to anywhere in Osaka. I appreciate to the staff on trying their best to help us, even they have no solution to our personal problem. The main attraction to this hotel must be the pet-friendly rooms. And surely the tenchou "Oreo" is the best attracting idea of this hotel.

Great for Families

What an incredible location—just a 5-minute walk from the train station and right next to a huge park with everything you could want: coffee, restaurants, a zoo, a beer garden, open lawns for play, and more. We especially loved the nearby restaurant “Mothers,” which was perfect for the kids and had an amazing selection of breads and soups. The hotel served coffee at 9:30am, which was a nice touch (though an earlier option would’ve been even better). They also have tasty ice cream options. The room was perfect for our family, and the kids couldn’t get enough of the bunk beds. We’d definitely stay here again!

This is a tiny little hotel, but inexpensive, convenient and perfectly good for a solo traveler. It's very close to a major train station, and a zoo, and there seem to be some unsavory people hanging around outside, but there is also a police station close by, and no sense of danger. The operators are very nice people. I would stay here again.

Gorgeous place wih fantastic service. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Great service and attention to detail. Convinient links to the city center. Walkable to shinkseki and spa world. And their little mascot Oreo is so cute! Loved everything!

Room was rather small and tight, though most necessities in place. More of "dog-lover" hotel, as may guests bring their pets, so be aware of this in case you are less "pet-friendly". Close to Tennoji Station and its Shopping Centres.

Cute stay!

This hotel is very cute. The owner was very kind at check-in, and gives you a free cafe drink, which you can have made with a photo of your choice on it. The location is great, as it is basically in a park, but also close to transportation, restaurants, and convenience.

Great hotel in Osaka, wish we stayed longer.

We had an amazing stay at 3'o clock hotel. The room was spacious and comfortable. The owners are really welcoming and the coffee shop downstairs is a bonus. They also stored our luggage while we were on the kumano kodo for no extra storage charge. We would definitely recommend staying here to everyone.

I couldn’t tell from looking at the listing on Expedia, but it’s a fairly small hotel, which I liked. The staff was friendly and there is a dog named Oreo that’s kind of like the mascot for the cafe on the first floor. Seeing Oreo made my day every time I came in and out of the hotel and saw him! The room was nice and clean too. I would stay here again.
