A fabulous hotel, had an old worldly feel with the decor. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The room was spacious with a lovely view. It was walking distance to lots of eateries and the train station.

An excellent hotel with courteous and helpful English speaking staff. Room was spacious and clean with a stunning view of Ōsaka. Very close to Ōsaka Station to do day trips to Kyoto, Nara, and Himeji. A short cab ride to Shin-Osaka station to catch the Shinkansen. I thoroughly recommend this hotel.

Everything here is organized to make you feel taken care of. The staff are incredibly helpful and friendly, the food is great, and it’s easy to access public transport and shopping. The beds were nice and firm and t was super quiet at night too.

좋은 전망 깨끗한 방
오래된 시설이지만 전반적으로 괜찮습니다. 아쉬운 점은 싱크 물빠짐이 안 좋았지만 다른것은 좋았고요 특히 전망이 좋은 호텔 입니다. 되도록 높은층에 머물고 방도 업그레이드 해서 머물기를 추천 합니다.

20th – 23rd August 2023 Osaka, Japan Hotel Hankyu International, Osaka I am going to put down random thoughts / comments as they spring up: - greeted by courteous staff upon arrival for check-in, however we could not make out if it was the floral arrangements or the air freshener spray they were using but there was a faint stuffy / musty smell billowing in the lobby - Pleasant, smiling, obliging staff yet are not very conversant in English so communication was not the most effective and took a while to get messages across --- not really ‘international‘ as the name of the hotel suggests. There was perhaps just one or two staff who could really communicate effectively in English - Emailed them for transportation advice but never heard from anyone , not until a family member who had arrived days earlier called them on our behalf and asked about the email inquiry did someone finally replied to it, unfortunately a tad too late cos we had already landed and had to figure things out ourselves - In fact, we dialled the front desk a few times for basic inquiries yet were often met with communication ( language ) problems - Suite on 29/F is spacious and clean and enjoys a nice view of Osaka through wide glass panels in both the living room and bedroom - Toiletries do not include body lotion, so we asked for one because our family in another room but on the 33/F and they had “GUERLAIN “lotions and shampoos etc.

This is an wonderful hotel with amazing staff! From check in to check out and everything in between, staff were incredibly helpful with finding restaurants, Tenjin matsuri parade routes and firework location. A special thanks to Makino (at the reception/front desk area) for finding a bar that was open (hotel bar is closed on Sunday) for us and even going above and beyond to walk us there so we didn’t get lost. Breakfast (eggs benedicts) and dinners (omakase sushi) was delicious and reasonably priced for the high quality. My family and I will definitely be visiting this hotel in the future. Location was amazing , with 24 hour convenient store, laundromat and a strip of dining options at its footsteps. Walking distance from the main train stops but still quiet enough as away from the crowd. Staff were very helpful and friendly, and room was very spacious for the four of us.

Wowowow! Wonderful staff, wonderful room, wonderful view... and delightful, walkable exploration around the hotel including food and shopping. About a 5000 yen taxi ride from USJ, or a 5 minute walk to the train. And the in-hotel bakery counter has the world's best eclairs. What more could you want in a hotel?

The staff provided exceptional customer service. They were very helpful and made us really know how much we mean to them. If I would rate their service out of 10, I would give them a 20 because I was that satisfied. I work in Las Vegas and have been around the customer service industry and I felt Hotel Hankyu International would blow any of the other hotels out of the water with their level of service.

This hotel was gorgeous and elegant. The room was spacious, beautifully furnished, and very comfortable. The bathroom was also very spacious and beautiful. This was one of the best hotels that we stayed at in Japan.

This property needs a major upgrade/ remodel...the rooms are tired and need updating. It was very high end during the 1980's and 1990's.
